Recognise how behaviours within organisations impact performance.
All good leaders are self-aware; they understand the impact their behaviour has on other people, and they also have a deep insight into how and why people behave in the workplace. The study of organisational behaviour (OB) considers not only individuals, but also the broader leadership and management issues in organisations which can be impacted by behaviours.
The Organisational Behaviour online course considers the factors related to people in organisations, especially those that will impact your own behaviour and your understanding of others’ behaviours at work. The programme offers practical tools, techniques, and tips that you can apply in your day-to-day context and will help you to enhance your leadership and business practice.
