Customer Experience Director, Metro Bank
Kat Robinson joined Metro Bank in November 2017 as Retail Products Director with responsibility for the design, delivery and ongoing management of products and services to support the needs of Retail customers. Since then she has also led the bank accounts and payments team and more recently moved across to become Customer Experience Director for the bank. Prior to Metro Bank has more than 15 years’ experience in financial services gained across Marketing, Digital and Product functions.
