Risk Director - Customer Strategy & Innovation, Metro Bank
Kate joined Metro Bank as Risk Director in January 2020, focusing on Products, Digital, Customer Analytics and Marketing. She has worked in risk management roles for the past 18 years across the 3 lines of defence in France and the UK. Kate started her career in Audit at EY France, before joining the Operational Risk team at GE Capital, and led the Products and Digital Risk and Customer Treatment teams at TSB prior to joining Metro Bank.
Kate holds a MA (Hons) in Modern & Medieval Languages from Cambridge University, is a Certified Internal Auditor, and is also a FCCA.
