Ramona is responsible for delivery of the entire portfolio of change in Metrobank working with IT and Product areas to prioritise and deliver initiatives with a regulatory, cost, revenue, infrastructure and customer service lens.
An experienced Change Professional with more than 20 years of experience of delivery complex change initiatives across Financial Services. Ramona started her career as a consultant for a large Professional Services organisation and then moved to Financial Services 10 years ago leading change delivery across Portfolios ranging from £2m - £80m and teams of 10 – 300 people using a range of delivery methodologies.
