Steven joined HSBC UK in 2012 after graduating from Keele University where he studied Mathematics and Economics. He has done a number of roles in that time covering back-office operations, project management, operational risk management and most recently as a customer journey manager overseeing the development of investment journeys in the HSBC UK mobile app.
