Background
Sharon Rai has spent most of her career to date in the world of economic development and international trade. Her focus has always been on supporting businesses to grow and scale. In recent years, Sharon has led the NatWest Accelerator based in Milton Keynes, coaching and working with hundreds of entrepreneurs.
Sharon has particular expertise around business strategy, getting investment-ready and customer journey. She is passionate about start-ups and had delivered many workshops focussing on visioning, mindset and leadership, to name a few.
Her motto: hard work is a prerequisite, failure is not the end, and fun is compulsory.
