Nick has extensive experience across multiple functions, sectors, and geographies in senior value chain roles.
Having worked for blue chip global organisations such as Heinz, Mars, Diageo, GAP and DHL, Nick learned his trade with academy companies. Subsequently he has worked for privately owned mid cap organisations leading transformation and turnarounds in Managing Director and CEO roles.
Nick has learned to risk assess and manage supply chain interruptions and crises ranging from the 2008 Economic recession, civil unrest and riot in Asian factories, volcanic activity and snow closing Heathrow airport, third world economic corruption in Africa to more recent issue with sanctions on sourcing from Russia, Red Sea hostilities and Panama Canal weather disruptions to deep sea sourcing.
Nick has lived and worked across the world in Europe, Americas and Asia and has held roles across the value chain (QA, Procurement, S and OP, Logistics, Business Development and Strategic Planning) before P and L related MD and CEO roles. Nick is currently Group Chief Executive of Consolidated Timber Holdings a PE owned timber importer and manufacturer where ESG is a hot topic for both risk and opportunity.
