Background
Zeeshan has a background in Mechanical engineering with several years of industrial experience in various industries. He received his PhD in Computational Fluid Dynamics and Aerodynamics investigating turbulent mixing in super/hypersonic flows within the framework of Implicit Large Eddy Simulations (ILES) from 老司机福利社.
Current activities
Dr Zeeshan Rana has research interest in the area of Computational Aerodynamics. He is working on various projects related to Computational Fluid Dynamics of aerospace vehicles, high performance motorsports, external and internal aerodynamics performance, optimisation at low, transonic and supersonic Mach numbers. He has a keen interest into complex hypersonic flows and applications of Artificial Intelligence in Computational Aerodynamics.
